1. demanding -demanding we excel in ever area
2. appreciate- whatever small helped we had provide them
3. proud-those who think they are rich and they are higher statues then us(sales person)
4. rude- throw their cards/cash on cashier table

In my point of view, I thinks that if really want to have a good service provided by a sales person,the customer have to play a part too. example thanks for the help they provide, say please, and smile. This few step would allow the sales person to be more willing to help them.

For myself i'm more then willing to serve a customer for a very long time even if they do not buy anythings from mi at the end. Just that i provide them the info they need, helping them to get the better deal/more knowledge for somethings they do not know.
